English with your children

Immerse yourself in English together with your children

We offer English courses for families who like to combine an English course and a weekend or holidays with the family. The programme focuses on parents and children who like to travel together and want to learn English without leaving the country.

According to the age of the children we offer two options:

Option A: For families with children aged 6 to 9

Option B: For families with children aged 10 to 14

Families with children of 14 and older can join our normal "Inglés y Más" programme.

Option A: For families with children aged 6 to 9

Guided activities for the whole family in the mornings and in the afternoons. These child-focused activities include a wide variety of games, singing, walking, swimming, cooking, gymkhana, etc. Breakfast, lunch and supper together with the teachers.

Optional: One or more afternoons free of activities and no supper: so, only 4 hours of guided activities in the morning. Breakfast and lunch together with the teachers.

The activities are always for the whole family. Without added fees we offer films, karaoke, visits to the mediaeval villages in our area, hiking, river baths, canoeing or swimming in the nearby reservoir. With added fees we can offer: horseback riding (with English guide), via verde on bicycle, dinosaur museum Inhospiták, longest zip line in Europe, Escape room, Via Ferrata, etc.

Option B: For families with children aged 10 to 14

Guided activities or classes for the whole family in the mornings and in the afternoons. Breakfast, lunch and supper together with the teachers.

Optional: One or more afternoons free of activities and no supper: so, only 4 hours of guided activities or classes in the morning. Breakfast and lunch together with the teachers.

The classes in the morning are designed for children aged between 10 and 14. We use an entertaining methodology based on games. The classes will be adapted to the children's English level. We will need some information in advance on how they have been exposed to English (bilingual schools, language academies, etc.). The parents will learn the type of games and other activities they can develop in English to help their children with the language in daily life. However, if the parents prefer not to join the morning classes they can enjoy some free time.

Rates for families

These prices include: Total language immersion, teaching materials, selection of guided activities, full board, accommodation in shared double or triple room and 10% IVA.

Excluded: Trip to Eloquentia (though we can pick you up for free in Beceite or Valderrobres), consumptions, entree fees for optional visits (castle/museums).

Timetable 'English with your children'

The timetable can be adapted to the family's needs
